Microsoft Stores Improve Visibility into Retail Expansion B U S I N E S S C H A L L E N G E The Microsoft retail presence has grown rapidly since 2009, comprising more than 100 stores in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Each opening involves lease agreements and many other complex and often overlapping contracts with various partners, vendors and other entities. The back-end processes associated with initiating and maintaining these contracts can become very complex across so many locations. Microsoft wanted to get more insight into its growing network of retail stores and the complex array of contracts related to each one. The Icertis platform provided predictive analytics and a visual dashboard that integrates with Bing Maps, greatly improving visibility into business operations and productivity across all Microsoft stores.
